Cross Creek Ranch - Johnson Development Takes Home Best Developer Award

Cross Creek Ranch is proud to be a Johnson Development community. In addition to ranking among the nation’s top developers, Johnson recently took home an impressive 14 awards — including one the Grand Award for Developer of the Year — in the 2018 Houston’s Best PRISM Awards hosted by the Greater Houston Builders Association.

The Grand Awards are the highest honor granted in the Houston’s Best PRISM Awards. Johnson also took home a Grand Award for Promotion of the Year. In addition, Johnson was named as a finalist in 14 other categories.

Our developer’s leadership and over-arching philosophy of creating innovative communities that foster an active, family-oriented lifestyle resulted in wins for many of our sister communities, including Master-planned Community of the Year for Harvest Green in Richmond.
