Each year, noted real estate research experts Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO) and John Burns Real Estate Consulting publish lists of the top 50 best-selling master-planned communities in the nation, and this year Harmony is on them!

Both prestigious lists rank communities based on the previous year’s sales. Our builders sold 425 homes in 2018, making us one of the fastest-growing communities, as well. We ranked No. 28 on the RCLCO list. On the John Burns report, we took the No. 31 spot.

Our debut was powered by phenomenal sales during the first half of 2018 — a staggering 50 percent over 2017 that placed us at No. 30 on the RCLCO mid-year update. Continued strong sales solidified our ranking on the annual list.
