James Beard-nominated British Chef Richard Knight challenged us to “Show Us Your Goods” and boy, did we ever!

Our favorite Houston chef and his wife Carrie host the reality series, which digs deep into the working lives of Houston farmers and chefs who use local sustainable foods.

For the latest episode, Knight met up with our farmer extraordinaire Scott Snodgrass to explore the Village Farm and create an amazing sandwich featuring eggs from our chickens.

Along the way, Night planted seeds in the greenhouse, raced Scott through our new vine maze and even kissed a goat (and he liked it).

Show Us Your Goods is produced by Bear Hands Media. Previous episodes have showcased Blue Heron Farms in Waller, Black Hill Ranch in Cypress and All We Need Farm in Fort Bend County.

This episode was everything we hoped it would be, including the original music by Will Van Horn.
