Cross Creek Ranch - Cross Creek Town Center Breaks Ground

It’s official! Construction on Cross Creek Town Center has begun, and we’re already planning our first shopping trip.

On March 20, the Woodlands-based commercial real estate company Marcel Groupheld a groundbreaking ceremony for the 10.47-acre mixed-use development. The center is located at 6635 W. Cross Creek Bend Lane right here in Cross Creek Ranch.

The complex will encompass 76,000 square feet of combined office and retail space. Additional square footage will be dedicated to gathering and event spaces as well as landscaping.

Tenants will not be announced until this summer but 50 percent of Cross Creek Town Center has already been leased. Shops are expected to open for business next spring.

During the ceremony, the community-oriented developer donated six $5,000 checks to local nonprofits: Joe Joe Bear Foundation, Fulshear Police Foundation, Katy Area YMCA, Katy Christian Ministries, Katy ISD Education Foundation and Lamar Educational Awards Foundation.

We are excited to have this new convenience in our community but even more excited to be working with a commercial developer like Marcel who focuses on improving the quality of life for all residents of Fulshear and Katy.
