We’re rockin’ the holidays here at Harvest Green, inviting our residents to a season’s worth of holiday activities including — our favorite — Brunch with Santa! If you haven’t made your home in Harvest Green yet, you can still stock your Advent calendar with these local events. Campfire Christmas Journey back to Christmas pasts for carols around the campfire, hayrides, holiday crafts and a light dinner. Unlike previous Campfire Christmas events, this year’s format will feature holiday tours at each of the main historic sites. George Ranch Christmas in the Park Travel through Christmas pasts and explore the customs and decorations of 100 years of Texas history with hayrides, wassail, spice cookies and Santa. Holidays in the Plaza: Travis High School Orchestra Get into the spirit as our own Travis High School Orchestra takes the stage to play your favorite holiday tunes! Child Advocates of Fort Bend Christmas Home Tour Help CAFB support abused and neglect children while visiting five homes lavishly decorated for the holidays. Lights, Snow and Ugly Sweaters The Fort Bend Children's Discovery Center invites you to unwrap holiday magic, create “insta-snow,” stitch your own do-it-yourself ugly sweater and meet Santa before his epic journey. Giant Menorah Lighting Celebration Celebrate Chanukah with arts and crafts for children, Israeli food, performances, live music, dancing and more. Sugar Land Holiday Lights Sugar Land Holiday Lights returns with more than 100 displays and 2.5 million lights throughout the ball park, a carnival, theme nights and more. Project Noel More than 40 spectacular lighted displays will adorn the 241-acre SSLC campus. Santa will touchdown the first two weekends in December for $5 photos. Free Photos with Santa Get your annual free photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus and drop off a new stuffed animal for the Fort Bend Rainbow Room’s Christmas Project. Santa at First Colony Mall - JC Penney Court Book a photo op with Santa so you can skip the line then treasure the memories. Santa Photos at Petco Get a pooch “paw-trait” with Santa and save lives. Fee will be donated to a local animal welfare organization through the Petco Foundation. |
