Grand Central Park - Announcing New Central Village, New BuildersJanuary 07, 2020
Grand Central Park Opens Central Village with New Builders, New Homes From the $220s Grand Central Park, the forested Montgomery County of new homes minutes north of The Woodlands, has opened its second village of wooded homesites featuring an expanded collection of builders with new, first-to-market offerings from the $220s. Located in the middle of the carefully planned, 2,046-acre community, Central Village offers single-family homes by Grand Central Park newcomers Highland Homes and Trendmaker Homes. Central Village presents new-to-Houston plans by Trendmaker Homes and current Grand Central Park builders Coventry Homes and Perry Homes. It also offers luxury lifestyle townhomes by Lennar and top-selling plans from Perry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes and Westin Homes. Ideal for first-time buyers and early-nesting families, plans from 1,500 – 2,600 square feet feature chef-inspired island kitchens, open entertaining spaces, inviting master suites, spacious secondary bedrooms and several flex space options. “This next chapter of the community is all about more builders with more offerings ideal for those in the market for a new home from the $220s,” says Shannon League, Grand Central Park’s director of marketing. Central Village’s first phase will include more than 160 new homes on prized, cul-de-sac homesites. Approximately 300 homesites are planned for Central Village west of Town Park Drive. The area east of Town Park Drive will be developed for future homesites at a later date. Opened in 2016, Grand Central Park is a unique community of new homes where natural features co-exist with modern, new amenities. Central Village residents will be walking distance from the community’s picturesque 88-acre Grand Lake and its new, 13-acre Lake House amenity complex with resort-style pool, fitness room, yoga and event lawn, playground, freestanding pavilion and event room with kitchen. The Lake House pool is scheduled to open for this year’s swim season. Grand Central Park also is home to 336 Marketplace featuring a Kroger Marketplace, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Dick’s Sporting Goods and other retail conveniences. New Central Village showcase model homes will open in the spring in preparation for Grand Central Park’s community-wide April home tour. A Realtor preview also will be scheduled. |
