Woodforest - Repeat Appearance On Nation’s Top-Selling List

It’s not just a repeat for Woodforest to be included on the list of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities — it’s an “eight-peat” as Woodforest is ranked on Robert Charles Lesser & Co’s (RCLCO) annual tally of the nation’s best-selling communities for an eighth consecutive year.

Builders sold 356 new homes in Woodforest last year, making Woodforest one of five Johnson Development communities included in the report. (Side note — Johnson Development had more master-planned communities ranked among the nation’s top-selling than any other developer!) Woodforest remains Montgomery County’s best-selling community.

While RCLCO points to a wide variety of available homes as an integral chapter to a community’s success story, our residents give many additional reasons why they love Woodforest.
