Grand Central Park - Discover The Finding Place Feb. 22

The Finding Place, our inviting new information and development center, is now open and you are cordially invited to help us celebrate from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, at 170 Town Park Drive.

During the party you’ll be able to sit back and grab some gourmet popcorn from Back In Time Popcorn while picking up brochures, viewing renderings of our gorgeous planned amenity center and learning more about our forested community.

Some of the information we are most excited about sharing concerns our new Central Village. The new Village will feature beautiful homes by our two newest builders, Highland Homes and Trendmaker Homes, as well as new designs by current builders Coventry Homes and Perry Homes. David Weekley Homes, Lennar, Drees Custom Homes and Westin Homes also will be building in the Central Village. Homes are priced from the $220,000s.
