Riverstone - Spring Into Health & Fitness March 7

Having trouble keeping up those New Year’s resolutions? Hit a plateau? We’ve got a great solution! Join us for our Health & Fitness Fair from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 7.

We’ve planned a day full of exercise, information and fun at The Club at Riverstone, 18353 University Boulevard.

Bring a mat and prepare to sweat because we will be holding exercise demos at 9:15 a.m., 10:15 a.m., and 11:15 a.m. Yoga Six will be on site with free yoga classes on our event lawn.

Need to de-stress? Hand & Stone Riverstone will be here with free chair massages. Looking for an exercise class? Orangetheory Fitness wants to talk to you. F45 Training also will be there to talk to event-goers and host a fitness demo.

Local health care providers Texan Smile, A & U Family Medicine, University Pediatric Dentistry, Dentists of Riverstone and Excel Urgent Care will perform health screenings and discuss the best ways for you to stay in tip-top shape.

Composition ID, a provider of body composition analysis, will perform DEXA scans. The scans will provide an accurate measurement of lean mass, fat mass, bone density and visceral adipose tissue. The cost is $70. Online registration is suggested.

Fast food weighing you down? Main Squeeze Juice Co. will be serving juice samples and holding a raffle for a free juice cleanse. Muscle Maker Grill will have tasty menu items and Dinner Dinners will offer information about their easy to prepare healthy meals.
