Grand Central Park - New Highland Showcase Model Opens

Grand Central Park, the forested Montgomery County community of new homes, has opened its second showcase model by Highland Homes where the award-winning Texas builder is adding new homes in the community’s recently opened Central Village section.

Fully furnished and expertly decorated, Highland Homes’ new Grand Central Park model at 434 Lake Day Drive is the builder’s first model presenting its popular Newport plan.  One of Highland’s eight top-selling plans, the single-story Newport model home offers a spacious island kitchen, open-concept dining and family room, flex gen options, lifestyle or entertainment room options, and a study at the back of the home to maximize privacy while offering a backyard view.
