Harvest Green - Meet Our June 19 Farmers Market Vendors

The Harvest Green Farmers Market brims with fruits and vegetables grown on our own 12-acre Village Farm but that’s not our only vendor. A number of merchants set up shop with us, each eager to discuss their locally produced goods.

Vendors such as Wheeler Family Farm. The family run farm provides eggs, meats, seasonal fruits and vegetables and goat milk soaps. 

Nando’s Honey is a favorite with marketgoers. The Martinez family beekeepers not only produce high-quality organic honey, but also sell beeswax candles, mead, bee pollen, candies and more. Young Hustler’s Coffee will keep you going with organic premium coffee.

Last month, we welcomed Curb to Compost, a subscription service that picks up kitchen waste and turns it into compost, Oudhlei homemade bath products, handcrafted soy candles by The Candlehouse & More, Peads Beauty beauty products and Chai’s Kitchen jellies, curries and treats.

Not all vendors are with us each month but there’s always a great selection. Stop by from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 19, to see old favorites and make new ones. You’ll also enjoy music and a special themed craft for the kids. This month, we are celebrating dads. Kids also can play on our playground and run through our maze.

If you can’t make it this month, upcoming dates are July 17, Aug. 21 and Sept. 9. Don’t forget to stop at the ATM as not all vendors accept credit cards.

The Harvest Green Farmers Market happens every third Saturday of each month rain or shine at 8939 Harlem Rd, Richmond, TX 77406, opposite to Messina Hof.
