Grand Central Park - Two New Playgrounds, Twice as Much Fun

We’ve got exciting news! There are two new playgrounds in Grand Central Park. One for your kids and one for your fur babies.

Our young residents are exercising their bodies and minds at The Lake House playground. The adorable playscape features swings, a slide and places to climb. It’s the perfect spot for playdates and picnic lunches.

Our furry residents got a new place to play, as well. The Lake House dog park joins Frisky Biscuit as a place where dogs of all sizes can unleash their energy. The new park features large and small dog areas as well as fun equipment like doghouse-shaped stairs to climb on.

Both playgrounds are part of The Lake House Amenity Complex, which features a resort-style pool (our residents have been splashing in it all summer long), fitness center, event lawn, covered pavilion, patio with lake views and an indoor air-conditioned event room.

All of these places to play are in addition to our spectacular natural amenities such as The Grandeur trail system, Grand Lake and Deer Lake.
