Grand Central Park - Host Your Shindig at The Lake House

If you are looking for a romantic wedding setting, corporate meeting, party or function The Lake House is the perfect venue for you.

You can now rent our gorgeous amenity complex for small and large events your guests will be talking about for years to come. The Lake House can accommodate up to 100 guests for small events and 400 for large gatherings. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are available.

Among the many perks available are views of the lake and trees and a state-of-the-art audio and visual system available for corporate meetings. We also have large and small packages available so you can choose the right size space for your event.

Options available for events planned for less than 100 guests include The Overlook, the Grand Room and the Pavilion. Spaces can be reserved up to six months in advance.

The Overlook features floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering views of Paddle Lake and Grand Central Park’s wooded expanse. It can host up to 49 guests. The Grand Room, located on the ground floor of The Lake House, can hold up to 100 guests in a large, light-filled space. The Pavilion, a covered 6,000 square-foot outdoor setting can accommodate up to 400 people.

The Grand Room can be rented for four- or eight-hour time periods. The Overlook can be rented for four hours. Prices range from $450 to $1,200. The Pavilion, which is also available for large gatherings, can be rented for four-, eight- or 14-hour time periods.

The entire facility can be rented for 14 hours from 10 a.m. to midnight. That rental package includes access to the Grand Room, The Overlook and the Pavilion as well as a coffee bar and the lobby. Hosts can also rent the Grand Room and lobby together. Reservations can be made up to nine months in advance. Fees range from $1,750 to $4,500.

Limited parking for events is available at The Lake House, with additional nearby parking options available.
