Grand Central Park - More Businesses Open in Marcel BoulevardDecember 12, 2022
Things have been hopping over at Marcel Boulevard with the opening of two new restaurants, an upscale golf cocktail bar and a nail salon. Mezze #1 Mediterranean Eatery & Bar and Voodoo Grille opened their doors in November. Mezze #1, located at 1205 Grand Central Parkway, Suite 100, serves up Greek and Middle Eastern small dishes and a variety of cocktails. Voodoo Grille at 1205 Grand Central Parkway, Suite 900, is a locally owned restaurant offering Cajun/Creole-inspired menu items. Malibu Nail Lounge is opening Dec. 18 at 1135 Grand Central Parkway, Suite 100. The grand opening celebration will feature complimentary beverages and snacks, discounted services and gift vouchers. An array of manicure and pedicure services are available. Only 100 percent naturally based nail polish and care products containing clean, safe and benign ingredients are used. The Perfect Round opens Dec. 16 at 1219 Grand Central Parkway, Suite 300. The bar features their award-winning GOLFZON simulators. Bays can accommodate up to six players and there are several courses to choose from. After the game, players can sit back and enjoy craft cocktails, more than 50 beers on tap and an extensive menu. Already open in Marcel Boulevard are F45 Training, Strategic Mind Games, Advanced Construction Group, Vindauf Fitness, Action Behaviors Center and Edward Jones. Several additional businesses have started operations with Apex Executive Suites. Leased and coming soon are the Tuscany Italian Grill and The Cuterie. Part of Grand Central Park’s City Central Business District, the 10.5-acre Marcel Boulevard is already approximately 92 percent leased. The center offers 68,160 square feet of shops and restaurants as well as 32,400 square feet of executive office space. City Central is also the location of Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. It will soon welcome the 250-room, Hyatt Regency Conroe Hotel & Convention Center, boasting a 30,000-square-foot convention center. It is slated to open the summer of 2023. |
