Cross Creek West - It’s Our First Year on the Home Tour

The Best of the ‘Burbs Home Tour is back this month with something new — Cross Creek West!

Our developer, Johnson Development, hosts the annual home tour which this year features more than 130 gorgeous and professionally decorated model homes and nearly 500 available homes in their communities. This year we get to be part of it.

Throughout the month of April, you’ll be able to tour our eight beautiful model homes daily, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Our builders will also be showcasing numerous move-in ready homes.

It’s an exciting opportunity to learn more about our naturally beautiful, sustainable community and pick out a new home.

Cross Creek West will feature native plants selected for their sustainability and water needs, winding trails, sparkling lakes, parks and green spaces — everything you need to connect with nature.

We’ve also planned a fantastic amenity complex that will bring residents together for fun and relaxation. Opening next year, Waterhole will feature a fitness room to keep you in shape, a resort-style pool to keep your summers cool, a shady pavilion and more. A full-time lifestyle director is already planning a slate of exciting events.

You’ll also have access to the extensive amenities found in our sister community, Cross Creek Ranch, the day you move in. Cross Creek Ranch sets the gold standard for amenities with multiple recreation complexes, three beautiful pools, lakes, trails, wildlife areas, dog park, fitness center and more.

A great way to take in all Cross Creek West has to offer is by attending our Art Market & Home Tour, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 29, at 4803 Garden Crest.

You’ll be able to browse paintings, ceramics, woodwork, jewelry and other handcrafted items while enjoying music, face painters, balloon artists, caricature artists and more. Each model home will feature a different food vendor offering free samples, including Anthonie’s Market Grill, Doziers BBQ, Grammy’s Cookies, Humble Ground, Joe’s Italian, Local Table, Marcos Pizza and Saltgrass Steak House.
