Woodforest - Chesmar Brings Popular Villas Collection to New Neighborhood

Chesmar Homes is expanding in Woodforest, bringing their popular Villas home designs to the new Stewart Heights neighborhood.

Buyers can choose from four floor plans, each offering three bedrooms standard and ranging from 1,699 to 1,931 square feet. The Haven and Bungalo designs dedicate the downstairs to the open kitchen, family room and dining area while all bedrooms are upstairs — a bonus to Moms and Dads of young children who want to be nearby in the middle of the night. Each design also has a flex room that could be used as a home office, game room, exercise room or more.

The Summerhouse also has the primary suite — as well as the kitchen, family room and dining area — upstairs. The Retreat floor plan puts the main living area and primary suite downstairs. Both floor plans offer two secondary bedrooms and a flex room. The Summerhouse also has a covered balcony. Storage is abundant in all four home designs.

Another bonus for homeowners in this new section is its location — directly behind Stewart Elementary, meaning it’s easy for children (or teachers!) to walk or bike to school. The neighborhood also offers easy access to Fish Creek Thoroughfare.

Chesmar Homes is currently taking reservations before home sales begin, with 30 homes available in this first phase. Model homes are expected to be open by early May. Pricing has not yet been announced but should be comparable to the builder’s pricing in its existing neighborhood within Woodforest that starts in the $310,000s.
