Grand Central Park - The Cuterie Celebrates June 20 Grand Opening

Lovers of well-crafted charcuterie boards, rejoice! The Cuterie, a new concept in dining, will open at Marcel Boulevard in Grand Central Park on June 20.

The customizable charcuterie board restaurant’s grand opening starts with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m. followed by celebration featuring vendors, games and giveaways.

The brainchild of experienced charcuterie board artist Amanda Starley and several local area residents, The Cuterie will offer customizable charcuterie boards that can be crafted in three to five minutes.

“I’m really excited about our ownership group,” Starley said. “Everyone brings something special to the table. We have skilled entrepreneurs, seasoned restaurant and franchise operators, and I bring three-plus years of charcuterie experience and 88,000 passionate cheese lovers on social media.”

The Cuterie will be open for lunch and dinner, making it a great option for girls' night out, date nights or working lunches. Curbside to-go orders, delivery and a full catering menu for special and corporate events also are planned.

Customers choose from a menu of “Cuterie Classics” or build their own boards with their choice of meats, cheeses and other sweet and savory options. For more health-conscious diners, there will be shareable platters and salads. Beer and wine will be available along with staff suggestions for the perfect pairings. There will also be a featured “board of the month.”
