Harvest Green Opens New Custom Home NeighborhoodSeptember 26, 2023
As Harvest Green continues to expand, sales of custom-built homes are underway for a new 90-foot neighborhood of the Richmond master-planned community. Partners in Building is the exclusive builder in the new section, offering expansive homes ranging from 2,800 to 6,000 square feet. Homes start at $1.3 million, and a total of 29 homesites are available. “We’ve been building custom homes on large lots in master-planned communities across Fort Bend County for a long time,” said Tyson Bell, Houston Division President for Partners in Building. “Our customers recognize our name and seek out the communities where we build, communities like Harvest Green. It is a great example of the kind of place where our customers want to live and build their Partners in Building home." The homesites are the second entry in the development of a 630-acre expansion adjacent to the original Harvest Green community that Johnson Development announced in 2021. Sales in the expansion have been brisk, with net sales for the year at more than 200 homes. “We are very pleased with homebuyer response,” said David Hogue, Vice President and General Manager of Harvest Green. “The addition of Partners in Building to our line-up offers buyers even more options, ensuring they can easily find the home of their dreams.” Nine other builders offer homes in Harvest Green, including Tri Pointe Homes, Coventry Homes, Highland Homes, David Weekley Homes, Perry Homes, Newmark Homes, Westin Homes, Lennar and D. R. Horton. Homes in the community are priced from the $380,000s. |
