Harvest Green Opens New Custom Home Neighborhood

As Harvest Green continues to expand, sales of custom-built homes are underway for a new 90-foot neighborhood of the Richmond master-planned community. 

Partners in Building is the exclusive builder in the new section, offering expansive homes ranging from 2,800 to 6,000 square feet. Homes start at $1.3 million, and a total of 29 homesites are available.

The homesites are the second entry in the development of a 630-acre expansion adjacent to the original Harvest Green community that Johnson Development announced in 2021.

Sales in the expansion have been brisk, with net sales for the year at more than 200 homes.

Nine other builders offer homes in Harvest Green, including Tri Pointe Homes, Coventry Homes, Highland Homes, David Weekley Homes, Perry Homes, Newmark Homes, Westin Homes, Lennar and D. R. Horton. Homes in the community are priced from the $380,000s.
