Grand Central Park - Living Spaces and More OpenNovember 20, 2023
More businesses have made their home in Grand Central Park, most recently Living Spaces, Petco and Tropical Smoothie Café. The beloved home furnishing store opened its doors in November in our City Central commercial district. The 150,000-square-foot facility offers an array of furniture and home accents, including celebrity-designed collections such as Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines. In addition to a showroom, the store houses a Revive Sleep Center, a state-of-the-art design center, a cafe and a kids' fun room. All of which means when you make the move to Grand Central Park, new furniture is just a hop, skip and a jump away. Tropical Smoothie Café also opened this month in at 336 Marketplace. It’s perfect for sports enthusiasts looking for a post-workout smoothie, as well as anyone in need of lunch or a snack. The café offers wraps, flatbreads and quesadillas in addition to made-to-order smoothies. 336 Marketplace welcomed Petco in October. The pet store offers a selection of pet products as well as services such as professional dog grooming, a convenient vaccination clinic, aquatics department and obedience classes. Residents can stop by after taking Fido to either of our dog parks. Next summer, Pediatrix — a leading provider of specialized health care for women, babies and children in the United States — will open at 336 Marketplace, followed by alcohol retailer Total Wine & More that is slated to open its doors in 2025. We’re excited to start shopping! |
