Woodforest - Highland Homes City Series Collection Starts Sales in Woodforest

Highland Homes has begun sales of its City Series Collection of townhomes in Woodforest.

The builder is offering two sets of City Series floor plans in the Kingsley Square neighborhood — one of the last neighborhoods to be developed in Woodforest. The Patios Collection features four floor plans ranging from 1,795 to 1,849 square feet. All of these two-story designs offer three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and two-car garages. Each also has a front patio, while corner floor plans offer an additional side patio. All bedrooms are upstairs. Pricing is from the $410,000s.

The Villas Collection also has four floor plans, with designs priced from the $430,000s and ranging from 1,761 to 2,297 square feet. Each design has a two-car garage, three bedrooms and 2.5 baths as standard. The largest floor plan can flex to four bedrooms and three full baths. This collection also gives the option for the primary suite to be upstairs or downstairs.

“We offer these series in other communities, and they have done very well,” said John DePasquale, Highland’s Senior Vice President of Sales, South Texas. “The floor plans — which maximize every square foot to be not only highly functional but also look and feel like detached single-family homes — are the same, but we have introduced new exteriors for Woodforest.”

Virgil Yoakum, Vice President and General Manager of Woodforest, says the City Series townhomes will bring something new to the 14-year-old community.

“These will be what I consider ‘lifestyle’ townhomes because they will be within walking distance of Pine Market and Forest Island — two popular destinations in Woodforest,” he said. “Plus, the three-, four- and five-home configurations will create a more urban streetscape than what we have in Woodforest right now.”

There will be 86 City Series townhomes in Woodforest. Four models are under construction, as well as a several inventory homes.

Eight builders offer homes in Woodforest priced from the $300,000s to more than $1 million. Ten model homes are open for touring.
