We’ve said it before, but it’s worth saying again — we do things big in Sienna, and that includes the number and types of homes available here.

Sienna’s 15 builders offer a combined 258 floor plans in the community — wowza! That’s a lot of choices if you decide to build from the ground up. If you’d like the convenience of a ready-now home — the possibility of moving sooner and all of your décor selections chosen by a professional designer — there are approximately 100 available homes in Sienna currently.

Is your schedule for a new home a little more urgent? There are more than 50 homes ready in Sienna right now, and the range of homes meets the needs of a wide array of homebuyers.

Chesmar Homes has townhomes ready in the Crescent Creek neighborhood that are priced below $350,000. Both homes offer three bedrooms. One- and two-story options are available.

The price of completed single-family homes in Sienna starts in the low $400,000s, and home buyers can select from a number of three- and four-bedroom homes by David Weekley Homes and Perry Homes. Newmark Homes, Shea Homes and Toll Brothers all have homes ready now priced below $500,000 with up to five bedrooms available.

Westin Homes has move-in-ready designs in Verde Trail priced from the $610,000s. These spacious homes offer up to five bedrooms and 3,700 square feet.

Toll Brothers has a 3,000-square-foot design available on a cul-de-sac lot at 9507 Water Breeze Court in Heritage Creek. Home buyers looking for even more room will have plenty of choices, as well, with several 5-bedroom homes available. David Weekley Homes has a 3,800-square-foot home with five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a home office and large upstairs retreat at 9711 Hunters Run Drive. Priced at $699,500, it also has a three-car garage. J. Patrick Homes gives you even more space at 1407 Old Forest Drive. This 4,290-square-foot home has four bedrooms and 4.5 baths — including a downstairs guest suite. There is a dedicated home office, as well as formal and informal dining rooms. An upstairs game room overlooks the family room. There is also a media room for family movie nights. Also with a three-car garage, the home is priced at $859,990.

The luxury buyer looking to move soon also will find choices in Sienna. Toll Brothers has a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home ready now at 1315 Old Forest Drive. Features of the home include a downstairs guest suite, home office, a nearly 15-foot-long closet in the primary suite and a media room and loft upstairs. All bedrooms have walk-in closets. With a three-car garage, the 4,375-square-foot home is priced at $849,816.

The largest currently available home in Sienna is a 5,416-square-foot design by Jamestown Estate Homes. This luxe home has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, game rooms upstairs and downstairs, and a flex room that could be used as an exercise studio or media room. The large covered patio has two zones for dining and seating overlooking a backyard large enough for a pool. The kitchen features a 48-inch cooktop, generous kitchen island and a butler’s pantry. A formal dining room, downstairs guest suite and split four-car garage are other features. The home — at 10131 Regatta Shore Drive — is priced at $1,459,680.
