Sienna - Sienna welcomes new neighborhoods, builders, modelsFebruary 19, 2010
(Missouri City, TX – March 2010) Spring is blooming in Sienna Plantation with new neighborhoods, new builders and even new model homes, eight of which open April 24. Sienna’s builders will be showcased in the new neighborhoods, located in The Village of Anderson Springs, just minutes from Highway 6. Builders with new models include D.R. Horton, Triumph Homes, Pulte Homes, Trendmaker Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes and Newmark Homes.
Three new neighborhoods are opening in The Village of Anderson Springs, all within walking distance of Schiff Elementary School and the new Resort at Sienna Springs, a resort-style water park and recreation center that opens for residents in May. The first, Chandeleur Cove, offers homes priced from the $180,000s by Pulte Homes and D.R. Horton. Pulte also builds in The Cape in The Village of Anderson Springs, with pricing from the $220,000s, along with Triumph Homes. Homes are priced from the $300,000s in The Lakes, an intimate neighborhood of just nine homesites, all surrounded by water. Builders in The Lakes are Trendmaker Homes and Highland Homes. A 7,000-acre community, Sienna Plantation is home to five Fort Bend Independent School District campuses, including Fort Bend’s newest high school, Ridge Point High School, opening this August. Sienna also boasts an impressive amenities list, including two resort-style water parks, two additional community pools, a lakeside amphitheater, lighted tennis courts, playgrounds, a world-class fitness center and the Camp Sienna sports complex. Sienna’s on-site Director of Recreation and Fun oversees a full slate of classes, sports teams and events for all ages. Sienna Plantation Golf Club offers championship golf, a well-stocked pro shop and fine dining at The Grille.
