Woodforest - Thank You to Our Top-Selling North Houston Realtors for 2023

Being a Realtor is about forging connections with clients to help them connect to beautiful homes in desirable communities. We are pleased that so many Realtors choose to connect their clients with our North Houston communities. In fact, real estate agents participated in 81 percent of new home sales in Woodforest and Grand Central Park last year, an increase from 2022. Realtors sold 549 homes in the two communities with a combined sales volume of $240,531,038.
