Most locals in Katy and Fulshear know this area on the corner of Grand Parkway and I-10 for restaurants like Phat Eatery, Kura Sushi, Haidilao, various tapioca shops, and so much more, so it’s easy to overlook the myriad of amazing shops. 

Beauty connoisseurs, in particular, need to visit Katy Asian Town for a trip to a Korean beauty store. Shops like Yepo, Blooming Cosmetics, or The Faceshop inside of H-Mart are stocked with Korean skincare and makeup from popular brands.

This shopping center is also well known for its entertainment options. In this plaza alone, you’ll find Main Event Katy (arcade games, laser tag, and bowling), Altitude Trampoline Park (floor-to-floor trampoline fun for all ages), and AGR Sports Adventure Park (paintball, ax throwing). This entire world of fun in Katy  is less than 15 minutes away from Jordan Ranch.

Meadows Marketplace and Grand Lakes Marketplace

Anchored by a beloved H-E-B plus!, Meadows Marketplace offers many of the shops that make everyday life amazing. With stores like Hobby Lobby and Painted Tree Boutiques – Cinco Ranch, this outdoor shopping mall area makes it easy to make your home beautiful. Across the street on the other side of Fry Road, pick up materials for home improvement at The Home Depot. 
Just on the other side of Grand Parkway, shoppers (and foodies!) will find even more shops at Grand Lakes Marketplace. Whole Foods Market and World Market are the main fixtures of this retail center and are surrounded by services for massage, hair, nails, dental, and eye care.

Market at Cross Creek and The Shops at Cross Creek

This retail center in Fulshear is located near Jordan High School and features a large H-E-B. The center is home to several unique eateries like Coco Crepes & Coffee, Maple Street Biscuit Company, Piada Italian Street Food, and Cheba Hut “Toasted” Subs. 

While this shopping center is a unique place for restaurants and services, it’s still growing and developing. Right now, shoppers will find a Pet Supplies Plus, specialty eye care shops, and a postal center open for business.
Just a little further down FM 1463, you’ll find The Shops at Cross Creek, a similar shopping center in Fulshear with an abundance of restaurants, services, and many speciality stores. Favorites like ULTA, Mattress Firm, T.J. Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Dollar Tree, and Five Below are all conveniently located right next to a Walmart Supercenter.

Mason Park

At first glance, Mason Park is dominated by 99 Ranch Market, a popular Asian grocery store. But this retail center offers several shopping destinations in Katy. 
Mason Park is home to one of only a handful of DAISO’s in the Greater Houston area. This very popular Japanese discount chain sells Japanese home goods, snacks, and gifts. Also in this retail center: one of the few Plato’s Closet locations in Greater Houston. This trendy second-hand clothing and apparel store sells top brands for up to 70% off.

Market Town

Market Town is a shopping experience in Katy offering, “the international selections, meat department, and fresh produce you’ve come to expect, and delight yourself in the tremendous variety of unique offerings provided by our kiosk vendors.” 

This isn’t the only international grocery store for shoppers. There are two Halal Meat grocers in nearby. Along this shopping center, there are also shops for artists: Pinot’s Palette and Katy Paint and Pottery Studio.

The Shops at Bella Terra

This shopping center is technically in Richmond, TX, but it’s home to the nearest Total Wine & More store in Katy and Fulshear. Better yet, it’s surrounded by large stores like Kohl’s,  Best Buy, Ulta Beauty, Top Fitness Store – Richmond, and a massive Walmart Supercenter. 

It’s only a 20 minute drive away, and worth the shopping trip, especially with top-rated restaurants like Sushi Hana Fusion Cuisine, Slurp Ramen Factory, and Busy Boy Mediterranean Grill & Cafe.
