Life on the Farm

What is our most fascinating and sought-after amenity? We could say it’s our adorable goats but really, it’s agri-hood living. What is that? We’re glad you asked. Agri-hood living starts with our 12-acre Village Farm. The farm is where our Farm Educators grow an abundance of organic produce that can be purchased at our weekly farmers market or delivered right to your front door via our Veggie Share program. It’s also your chance to farm your own plot of land by joining our Farm Club. The farm is where our goats and chickens live. Our Farm Educators also plan activities for our residents like gardening classes and community meals.

The Village Farm isn’t our only fabulous amenity. Our community offers a cornucopia of ways to have fun. The Farmhouse amenity complex is where residents go when they want to beat the heat. Our sparkling resort-style pool is a great place to cool down on a hot day. Younger tots can play on our splash pad. Looking for a physical challenge? We have a state-of-the-art fitness center complete with a fitness studio. Residents have access to five free classes per week! Want some one-on-one time with a fitness instructor? They offer personal training sessions. The Farmhouse also features an event lawn for our resident-only parties and a fishing dock overlooking our lake.

But wait, there’s so much more! We have 130 acres of lakes and waterways, 470 acres of greenbelts and open space, 50 acres of parkland and 20 miles of walkable trails.
