Grand Central Park - Get Moving at Kinetic Park

We’ve just opened a new park in Grand Central Park — a park designed to get our residents moving.

Kinetic Park is our residents’ newest playground. In it you will find fitness stations allowing you to workout surrounded by nature. Gather a group of friends and hit our basketball or sand volleyball courts. Our rock wall will get your heart pumping and really tone those upper body muscles. There’s also an open lawn where you can toss a Frisbee, fly a kite or let your kids run free. Prefer to relax and watch others play? There’s a shaded pavilion.

Kinetic Park is just the latest addition to our list of exciting amenities. Our crown jewel is The Lake House. Anchored by a resort-style pool, it also houses our fitness center. There’s a playground for the kids and a park for Rover. Want more exercise? Take a kayak out on Paddle Lake. Speaking of lakes, residents can also spend time on the water at Grand Lake and Deer Lake. And, of course there is The Grandeur, a series of nature trails traversing our community.
