Cross Creek West - Fulshear Central to Open in 2025

Fulshear Central, a new mixed-use development, is in the works, adding to the quickly growing retail landscape in Fulshear.

This summer, real estate company Janapriya Upscale USA hopes to break ground on the 125,000-square-foot center located on the south side of FM 1093 near Texas Heritage Parkway.

According to Janapriya Upscale USA, Fulshear Central will feature 50,000 square feet of retail space, 16 acres of parks and greenspaces, more than 20 miles of interconnected trails, office condos and more. A large central greenspace will be used for events.

Construction is slated to start in the fall with a grand opening planned for 2025. Janapriya Upscale USA has also planned to build a connector road from FM 1093 to McKinnon Road along the project's south side.

We are excited that Cross Creek West residents will soon have a central gathering space for families to work, shop, eat and enjoy the outdoors within walking or driving distance. You can read more here.
