Chesmar Homes Sets a High Standard

Kresston - Chesmar Homes Sets a High Standard

July 09, 2024

When it comes time to partner with a builder to craft your home in Kresston, shouldn’t it be with one that sets a high standard? Chesmar Homes sets that high standard, ensuring your home is everything you hoped it could be.

Purchasing a new home from Chesmar starts with outstanding customer service. Walk into one of their gorgeous model homes and you will be greeted by a friendly sales associate, or as they are known “Chesmarian,” who can help get you started on your homebuying journey.

Once you’ve decided on a floor plan, it’s time to personalize. Many builders make you trek out to a design center. Not Chesmar. They build their model homes with a design center inside. You will be able to speak with a non-commissioned design expert who will help you choose options that work best for you. You will know right away how much an upgrade or structural option might cost to determine if it fits in with your budget.

After your selections are made, it’s time to build. Chesmar wants you to know who is in charge of building your home, so you will meet with your construction manager before the foundation is poured. Chesmar will provide you with regular updates, and you’re are welcome to visit the construction site. When your home is finished, you’ll do a final walk-through to make sure everything is the way you want it!

That’s not all. Chesmar Homes wants your homebuying experience to be as seamless as possible, so they’ve teamed up with CLM Mortgage and N-Title to provide access to all the services you’ll need to purchase your new home.

We are proud Chesmar Homes will be a member of our family of builders. We can’t wait for you to see what they have in store.
