Jubilee - Meet Our 1st Residents

It’s official — we have our first residents!

Ed and Gloria Solero closed on their Jubilee home on July 15. The Soleros moved cross-country from New York to be our first residents. Born and raised in New York, they sought a warmer climate and selected Texas because they have friends here.

The Houston area offers many choices for places to live, but the Soleros knew Jubilee was the community for them. They loved the spirit of our joyful community and the fact that it was away from the city (but not too far away). Another plus is the nearby H-E-B, their favorite grocery store.

The Soleros purchased a home from Perry Homes, and they were very pleased how helpful the Perry team was, especially considering they were coming from out of state.

Something else that made them feel good about their move? The staff at Waller ISD who set up a zoom call while they were still in New York so they could learn more about the district and the school their child would attend.

The Soleros used local stand-out realtor, Alyson McDonald, who made the out-of-state homebuying process as easy as possible.
