Both Johnson Communities Rank Among D/FW’s Top 10

The list of the top-selling North Texas communities is out, and it’s no surprise that both of our D/FW communities are among the top 10.

Ranked by 2023 closings, Viridian in Arlington placed No. 7 on the list, with 401 homes closed and 373 started.

Trinity Falls in McKinney earned the No. 10 spot out of 77, with 363 closings last year. Builders started 289 homes in 2023.

Viridian

The 2,000-acre Viridian is known for a generous array of natural amenities, including Lake Viridian, home to the Viridian Sailing Center. Trinity Falls

Trinity Falls is also known for its natural landscape, with the 350-acre B.B. Owen Park offering winding nature trails and lakes as well as an 18-hole disc golf course and event amphitheater. Residents enjoy pools at both The Club and The Lodge, as well as playgrounds, splash pads and Old Joe Dog Park.
