Riverstone - Riverstone Celebrates 2,000 New Home Sales

Riverstone is setting one sales milestone after another this year.

The community recently celebrated its 2,000^th new-home sale following a very robust first quarter of sales. The positive numbers propel the community to No. 3 on Metrostudy’s list of the top-selling Houston-area master-planned communities for the first quarter of this year. Posted sales were 91 percent higher in the first quarter of this year than in the same quarter in 2011.

“Our new neighborhoods, new builders and terrific variety of housing choices are resonating with buyers,” said Tom Wilcox, general manager of Riverstone. “2011 had been our best year on record since the community opened in 2001, and right now, 2012 is poised to be another record-breaker.”

Riverstone is ranked as the 15^th top-selling master-planned community in the nation.
