Sienna - Introducing New Sawmill Lake Amenities

Nothing quite says summer like warm sand underfoot. And now, with the opening of Sawmill Beach Club, that summer getaway is just around the corner for Sienna residents.

Perched along the shores of Sawmill Lake, Sawmill Beach Club is part of an expanding area of lakeside amenities. In addition to a broad sandy area that invites digging and castle building, Sawmill Beach Club is meant for hanging out, relaxing and enjoying the water views — just like at the beach! There are shaded patios, a cabana and a pavilion to escape the sun and numerous chaise lounge chairs to work on a tan. And for residents who equate beach with a friendly game of volleyball, we have that, too. The volleyball court expansion also comes with a shaded viewing area.

Sawmill Beach Club is a short distance from the Sawmill Event Pavilion, another new Sienna amenity. This 3,841-square-foot covered pavilion offers a ballroom that opens to patios overlooking Sawmill Lake, a smaller meeting room and a kitchen with a 10-foot island. Wall-mounted large-screen televisions add to the pavilion’s functionality. Residents can rent it for everything from family reunions to wedding showers. Sienna’s lifestyle team is also excited about the event center’s potential.

The party can spill outside to a lakeside boardwalk that extends to an outdoor patio with seating adjacent to a new food truck parking area. Festoon lights allow the patio to be used day and night.

The boardwalk connects the pavilion to the grand dame of Sawmill Lake amenities — Sawmill Lake Club. More than a clubhouse — but what a clubhouse it is! — this private oasis is home to a ballroom, fitness center, outdoor patio, fire pit, playground with a zip line and a pool that looks like it’s straight from a tropical resort. Sawmill Lake Club is host to an array of resident events, from toddler story times to happy hours for those age 21 and up.

And the best part? All these new amenities are tucked into neighborhoods of beautiful homes, meaning all the fun is a short walk or bike ride away!
