Viridian - Final Phase of Elements at Viridian Releasing Homesites in Early 2025

The third and final phase of Elements, Viridian’s 55+ active living community, is scheduled to release the last 272 homesites in early 2025.

Four Homesite Options

Like previous phases, the last neighborhood in Elements will feature a broad array of homesites and floor plan options. Drees Custom Homes will build their floor plans geared towards 55+ buyers on 60’ homesites. Encore by David Weekley Homes will offer floor plans in their Garden, Signature and Traditional Series on 35’, 45’ and 50’ homesites. Pre-selling for this neighborhood will be announced in 2025. 

Final Opportunities in Phase II

The second phase of homesites in Elements at Viridian is nearing final opportunities and are expected to be sold before the end of 2024. Homebuyers interested in moving into Elements sooner should speak with builders about remaining opportunities by Lennar and David Weekley Homes in the current neighborhood.
