Oh What a Night — Houston’s Best PRISM Awards 2024

Johnson Development people and projects were honored Oct. 5 during the annual Houston’s Best PRISM Awards hosted by the Greater Houston Builders Association.

Haley Peck, a 10-year employee and Marketing Director for Jubilee and Tuscan Lakes, won the much-deserved Senior Marketing Professional of the Year award. Haley’s unique and creative voice can also be found in Harvest Green, which she helped launch in 2015.

Haley’s community of Jubilee also was a winner, taking home trophies for Website of the Year and Television/Video Promo of the Year for the community’s “First Phase Fly Through” video.

Harvest Green was another winner, capturing the title of Print Ad of the Year-Developer for the “Make the Moove” ad. Nicole Hayes, Director of Fun for Harvest Green, was a finalist for Lifestyle Director of the Year as was Alicia Brewer, who serves both Cross Creek Ranch and Cross Creek West.

Cross Creek West was a finalist in several categories, including Master-Planned Community Entrance of the Year, Model Home Park Design of the Year and Event of the Year – Master-Planned Community-Developer for its VIP Realtor Event.

Two other Johnson Development communities were also honored at this year’s Houston’s Best PRISM Awards.

Jordan Ranch in Fulshear was a finalist in the Master-Planned Community Amenity of the Year and Finalist Marketing Campaign of the Year – Developer for the “Community of the Year Celebration.” Kresston was named a finalist for Website of the Year and Television/Video Promo of the Year.

All of this recognition earned Johnson Development a nod for a Grand Award, as we were a finalist in the Promotions category.
