Grange - Introducing the First Park, Henley Park

Life in Grange is shaping up to be something special, where connecting with neighbors and nature will be at the heart of it all. Our first residents are in for a treat, and Henley Park is going to be the perfect place to kick it all off.

Henley Park is set to be a one-acre gem that’s got something for of all ages. For the little ones, we’re putting in three distinct play spaces, each designed with a particular age group in mind. There will be an area for the 2- to 5-year-olds, another space for the more adventurous 5- to 10-year-olds, and finally, a separate playground for the bigger kids, ages 10 to 12, who are ready for some real adventure.

Now, if you’re a parent, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered too. You can either join in the fun or take it easy in the shade pavilion, which will offer a perfect view of all three playgrounds. It’ll also serve as a great spot for a quick snack break or a lunch stop when those little bellies start rumbling.

But Henley Park isn’t just about playgrounds. There’s going to be a big, open lawn just calling out for a game of soccer, freeze tag, or whatever your kiddos can dream up. Plus, this wide-open space will play host to community events organized by our lifestyle director, so there’s always something to look forward to. And let’s not forget the trails – they’ll connect the park to homes throughout the community, making it easy for everyone to get out and enjoy it.

Henley Park is slated to be ready by spring or summer of 2025, which should line up just right for our first wave of residents. The name “Henley” means “high meadow,” and it sure does fit the vision we’ve got for this community – embracing the great outdoors and all it has to offer.

And here’s the kicker – Henley Park is just the beginning. As Grange continues to grow, we’ll be adding more parks and amenities. Combine that with the lakes and the sprawling green spaces that’ll be sprinkled throughout the community, and it’s going to be easier than ever to enjoy nature and meet your neighbors – soon to be lifelong friends.
