Nolina - What We’re Grateful ForNovember 20, 2024
It’s that time of year to appreciate the good in our lives, and here in Nolina, we have plenty to be grateful for! Following is not a complete list, but these five things certainly come to mind when we ponder our blessings: Builders You Can Trust You can’t have a new-home community without builders, and we’ve found some of the best. Chesmar Homes, Perry Homes, Taylor Morrison and Westin Homes collectively have nearly 200 years of experience building homes, and during that time, they have perfected their craft — and set standards for builders following in their footsteps. Innovative design inspired by customer comments, construction quality that embraces cutting-edge technologies and customer service that has buyers returning again and again as their needs change — that’s what you can expect from each of these award-winning builders. Amenities Meant for Fun and Relaxation We’re big on lifestyle here in Nolina, and that’s why The Wildflower House amenity center opened before the first resident moved in. Summers are meant to be spent at the Tulip Tides Pool and the Water Spout Splash Pad. Butterfly Park is for year-round use and has swings and a large playscape that at times might double as a pirate ship or alien planet as children’s imaginations run wild. Trails coming soon throughout the community will invite daily jogs, but those preferring an indoor workout can appreciate our fitness studio that is open now. The well-appointed clubhouse has indoor and outdoor gathering areas, including an outdoor lounge and firepit. There’s also an event lawn and food truck area. With so much to do from the first day you make the move to Nolina, it’s no wonder it might take a little longer than usual to unpack all your boxes! A Lovable Location With a location that’s away but not too far away, we are feeling very blessed. Nolina is in Georgetown on Ronald Reagan Boulevard just north of Highway 29 and near Highway 183A and Interstate 35. Shop, dine and explore Liberty Hill, Leander and Cedar Park, and reserve December for frequent trips to downtown Georgetown to experience the “Most Beautiful Town Square in Texas” in all of its festive trimmings. And when Austin calls — whether it be for work or play — it’s just down the road. An Amazing Director of Fun We’re extremely grateful to have the dedicated and creative Hannah Joyner as our Director of Fun! Hannah is from nearby Cedar Park, so she knows the area’s vibe and hidden gems like the hometown girl she is. Hannah takes her community engagement role seriously and works hard to make sure there are events for all ages. You can find Hannah onsite at The Wildflower House — stop in to say hello! Welcoming Residents Most importantly, we’re most grateful for our current residents who have helped shape our community for the future. We’re thankful for your energy, warmth, and for making this neighborhood a place of connection and belonging. Together we’re on to new, wonderful beginnings! |
