2020 was an unprecedented year for residential real estate. New home sales skyrocketed, fueled by historically low interest rates and people realizing they needed a new home that had more room for home offices, home schooling and storage. Some of our communities saw a sales increase of 40 to 50 percent over the previous year.

And bringing many — the majority — of those buyers to our communities were Realtors.
