Exploring Riverstone — the Last New-Home Opportunities in Avalon at Riverstone

Darling Modernist Collection

Designed for 60-foot properties, the collection’s five plans range from 3,202 to 3,551 square feet, offering up to five bedrooms and five full bathrooms. All of the plans are two story, and some have a three-bay garage standard or as an option. Open-concept living areas dominate the first floor, with plans also offering a home office, downstairs media room, downstairs guest suite and upstairs entertainment areas. Ample storage can be found throughout, as well, with plans boasting walk-in closets and attic access. As the name of the collection indicates, elevations have a modern feel.

Venture Collection

Also designed for a 60-foot homesite, the Taylor Morrison’s Venture Collection offers prospective buyers a broader choice, with two single-story designs included. The one-story floor plans offer up to four bedrooms and three baths, as well as flex rooms and home offices. Both have three-car garages with an option for a fourth bay in one of the floor plans.

Three of the two-story designs also have options for a four-car garage, and home buyers can choose to have up to five bedrooms and four full baths. A fourth design has five bedrooms and four baths as standard. All of the two-story designs offer media and game rooms, with walk-in closets in all of the secondary bedrooms. Soaring two-story ceilings add a “wow” factor.

Homes in the Venture Collection range from 2,704 to 3,797 square feet and start in the $700,000s.

Avalon at Riverstone is near the onsite Sullivan Elementary School and The Club at Riverstone amenity center. It is also the only gated section in Riverstone with their own park.
