Helping You Be the Best You

In 2022, Johnson Development decided to do more when it comes to Realtor relations, not limiting the program to continuing education and office visits but rather expanding it to help Realtors live their best lives both personally and professionally.

JDC Empowers Realtors was the result, offering classes that provided meaningful tools to help participants live healthily, be more productive and achieve a better work-life balance. And — of course! — we also added in ways to give back to the community.

Through the program, our monthly events fell into one of three categories: lifestyle, wellness and motivational/educational. Continuing education classes for Realtors were still on the calendar, but we added to that classes on fitness, nutrition, safety, social media, vision boards and more.

In addition, we also focused on bringing in experts to share their knowledge with Realtors. One of these events ended up being our biggest event of the year, with 200 Realtors settling in at Queensbury Theatre to participate in a Zoom call with Tom Ferry and Jason Pantana of famed Ferry International. Tom is considered one of the industry’s top real estate educators and shared many impactful tips on how participants could grow their businesses while simultaneously balancing their personal lives with work success. Jason offered pro advice on utilizing social media to the fullest.

And now for even more good news — JDC Empowers Realtors was not just a one-year experiment. The program is off to a strong start (pun intended) in 2023, already hosting a fitness and nutrition class.
