Johnson Development’s Realtor University — Classes Just For You!

At Johnson Development’s Realtor University, there’s no sitting through core classes to get to the sessions that ignite your passion — every class is designed to support you and help you be the best you can be.

This very busy schedule of classes is a wide-ranging assortment of continuing education, tips for safety and wellness, community tours, volunteer opportunities and “just-for-fun” events — who wouldn’t want to help Chance McCall celebrate his birthday?

Upcoming classes this fall include Stress Management, Well-Being & Realtor’s Abundance Mindset; Safety Has No Asking Price; Intelligent Goal Setting, For Buyers with Teens: Navigating High School + College Applications Workshop; Mortgages in Today’s Market; Octoberfest Event Planning for Real Estate Professionals; and Rapid Fire Self Defense for Realtors. We’re also bringing in inspirational speakers and hosting fun networking and prize-winning opportunities such as the Scavenger Inventory Hunt with Highland, BINGO-Ween and the Perry Homes 40’ Model Grand Opening Tailgate Bash.

Classes are typically held in model homes, giving real estate agents the opportunity to tour the models and learn more about our builder partners. Larger events are held at community clubhouses, which is another chance for you to see amenities firsthand. Community bus tours held throughout the year give you an even deeper dive into the many community features. The JDC Realtor team also takes agents on personal tours of communities.

Not all events, however, are hosted within a Johnson community. At least four times a year, we invite Realtors to roll up their sleeves and join us in the community where we might work at a local food bank, help at an animal shelter or pick up hammer and nails to help build a home for Habitat for Humanity. It’s these kind of “give back” events that leave us all feeling that we’ve done something truly worthwhile — and made even better by sharing that experience with our friends.
