Grand Central Park - Discover Bargains Galore at Our Community Garage Sale

Looking for a bargain? Head out to Grand Central Park for our annual community garage sale taking place 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28.

Our residents are clearing out their closets and garages and offering their gently used items for sale to a good home.

Among the many items treasure hunters can browse through are clothing, household goods, electronics and more! To access these great deals, you can pick up a map to participating residents’ homes at The Finding Place information center, 750 Grand Central Parkway in Conroe.

While you are bargain hunting, why not stop by our model homes? You might get some ideas about how to display décor items you find. You might even discover a beautiful new home of your own.
